For BMW motorcycles equipped with the new keyless ConnectedRide Cradle (Part No. 65 90 5 B6C 8C0), users may experience the following issues due to a change in the communication protocol:
WonderWheel control and data reading are unavailable.
The BMW TFT may show a constant disconnect/reconnect loop (e.g., “TFT–NAV Detected, hold up...”).
To resolve this, please update your device firmware as per the instructions below.
AIO-6 MAX/LTE
Firmware Requirement:
Please ensure your AIO-6 device is updated to firmware version [1.6.2] or higher.
AIO-5 Play (BMW Version)
Firmware Requirement:
Please ensure your AIO-5 Play device is updated to firmware version [1.7.1] or higher.

How to Update:
On your CHIGEE device, go to Settings > System Update.
Tap Check for Updates.
Install the update.
