AIO-6 LTE – “This device is already bound / not authorized for use” – Manual unbind needed

Hello CHIGEE Support Team,

I’m having a serious connection issue with my CHIGEE AIO-6 LTE that has not been resolved even after several days of troubleshooting.

Device Details:

  • Model: AIO-6 LTE (Device ID: CHIGEE-8199)

  • Serial Number (SN): 146175321178199

  • Firmware: 1.6.6 (382/15001) → later updated to test v1.7.0

  • 4G Module: 1.7.7

  • Network: Cellcom IL

  • Region: Israel

Problem Description:
After the update and multiple resets, I can no longer connect my AIO-6 LTE to the CHIGEE GO app.
The app shows two different Chinese messages depending on the device:

1️⃣ “该设备已绑定” → This device is already bound
2️⃣ “此设备暂无授权使用” → This device is not authorized for use
and sometimes also:

“Connection Failed – The current vehicle version is too low.”

I’ve tried:

  • Multiple factory resets

  • Reinstalling the CHIGEE GO app

  • Unbinding and re-binding attempts

  • Testing on another phone (same result)

It seems the device is still registered / locked on your server and needs a manual unbind and authorization reset.

Please escalate this case to your technical team to:

  1. Manually unbind SN 146175321178199 from all accounts

  2. Reset authorization / region mapping for my device

  3. (If possible) provide a downgrade SD package back to stable firmware 1.6.6

This is an expensive device and currently unusable — I really need your help to restore its functionality.
