AIO6 LTE BMW Yellow Acc Connection Required?
Hi,
As per the title, is the Yellow Acc connection required for the AIO6 LTE with a BMW mount?
I have all the connections done, i.e Red, Black for permanent battery supply and the Yellow connected to an Accessory supply.
What happens is, my CAN-Bus battery charger plugged into the Hella socket turns on the Acc circuit to charge the battery, because the ACC circuit turns on, the AIO6 turns on too.
I tried disconnecting the Yellow Acc cable and the AIO6 "appears" to work correctly, it turns on with the bike and turns off when I turn it off.
So, "Is the Yellow - Acc connection" actually required for the AiO6 LTE with a BMW mount on a BMW actually required"?
(I did see some information somewhere that I could leave the Red, Black and Yellow cables disconnected and lose all the additional "bike turned off" functionality, but other than that it would work OK, so I'm guessing I don't need the Yellow Acc connection).
