AIO6 MAX Screen Won't Turn On - Shows "Low Voltage Alert" but Bike Battery is at 13-14V

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my AIO6 MAX screen.

When I mount the screen on the motorcycle, it won't turn on at all. However, if I plug a USB-C cable into the port next to the SD card slot, the screen powers up perfectly.

At first, I thought the quick release mount was broken, but it's not. Occasionally, I get lucky and it boots up on the mount, but it instantly flashes a very quick 'Low Voltage Alert' and shuts down immediately.

After doing some research, I found out about the system's 'Protection Settings' which automatically shut the device down if the voltage drops below 12V. But here's the thing: I checked my bike's dashboard, and the battery shows 13V when off. Even when I start the engine and the dashboard displays 14V, the screen still won't turn on.

Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing this issue? Any advice would be highly appreciated!
