BLACK SCREEN

After the update, the screen went black and nothing else appeared, it turned on but the screen didn't show... I tried to update using the micro SD method, I bought 2 micro SD models, I did the whole process using Mac and Windows, with a USB to USB C cable and I still wasn't successful, could someone help me?
