CHIGEE AIO-5 Play for BMW Motorcycles, 3-Pin Interface and 2019 BMW K1600B

Hey Guys,

I purchased CHIGEE AIO-5 Play for BMW with 3 Pin Interface and inserted on the Nav cradle. However, I see the wonderwheel is not working for my 2019 BMW K1600B. What do I need to do to get it working, please advise
