I ordered the AIO-6 MAX system months ago; they sent a tracking number, which shows out for delivery for 22 days now; FedEx wont let me file a lost item claim, they need Chigee to do that; so far Chigee has done very little to resolve my missing shipment.

Has anybody else had similar problems with Chigee?

Ive submitted a support ticket but have not received anything from Chigee
