I am using the AIO 6 now about 2500 km at my BMW R1300 GS and I was not really happy about the performance.

The device is darken out and its sometimes restarting (powering up) after a time. It wasn't good, but it was in my area and so I didn´t need it really there.

This happened from the beginning and was getting worse every ride till yesterday, cause it went to black and never come back.

So It took it of the mount (Chigee BMW Quick-Release Module) and brought it inside from the garage.

It started with a USB-C cable, got the latest update and the communication with the phone is working in a charming way.

After that I tried the AIO6 with your Release Module at a different R1300 GS and guess its not working....

So after summing that up, i would say that your BMW Quick-Release mount is faulty. Could it be? 

How are we getting this trouble solved?
