I'm facing the issue as per title,  Chigee XR-2 (Global   version) can't connect to xiaomi 17 ultra by Leica (China ROM).

try 

1) updated all the essential apps such as Google Maps, Google Play Service, Android Auto, Google play store,- Not OK.

2) reset chigee device and reconnect - not ok

3) restart both device after pairing - not ok.

4) uninstall and reinstall android auto and turn on all permissions- not ok.  

the only thing i haven't try, are to flash chigee rom to china version or flash xiaomi phone to global rom
