People who use the AIO6 on ADV bikes or off-road bikes have the following issue: 

When we get to a gate/ obstacle/ etc and we need to get off the bike we don’t put it in neutral and leave the engine running whilst we get off to open a gate for example; we cannot find neutral with enduro boots and we just kill the engine …

This causes the Chigee display to shut down and it records a ride … a 100 miles ride with a lot of gates and stops shows a 40-50 rides in a day…. Not very nice.

I am aware that you can look at monthly rides and you can see the 40 rides on the same screen, but it makes no sense to have so many segments as rides.

It would be cool if Chigee can merge - fill the small gaps between a power off and a power on ..

BMW app does that natively, a 100 miles ride shows as a single ride regardless of how many times I stop on the road.

If we can have a one hour time check and if it’s more than an hour between power off and power on the we can record it as a separate ride. If it’s less than an hour, then it should be the same ride.
