Speed drops out when riding, wrong time zone.

Speed drops out when riding, wrong time zone.

I am having a problem with my AIO-5. The speed drops out when riding for 1-15 second periods, it drops to 0 then scrolls back up to speed.  It does not seem to have a correlation to location view of the sky.  I have also noticed that it detects the wrong time zone, off by 2 hours.  Anyone else have this issue? Thank you for any and all information!
