Can I add camera to AIO-5 Play for BMW?
Integrating additional cameras into the AIO-5 Play for BMW is not feasible due to the following reasons:
1. Power Limitations: The AIO-5 Play for BMW is powered through the BMW Nav Prep cradle. While this power supply adequately supports the display, it does not have the capacity to accommodate additional cameras along with the display.
2. Design Constraints: The integration of extra cameras would necessitate the installation of additional cables running from the display to various camera locations on the motorcycle. This would compromise the current quick-release design of our product, which is integral to its ease of installation and functionality.
If you're interested in dashcam functionality, we recommend considering the AIO-5 lite with the optional CGRC LIN accessory. This combination will allow CHIGEE to directly read BMW's original data and gain control of the wonder wheel.
