AIO-6 LTE – 4G Module Update Failed

If your AIO-6 LTE device is showing a 4G module update failure, it is likely due to insufficient power supply during the update process.

Why This Happens

The 4G module requires more power during firmware updates than some USB debug ports can provide. As a result, the update process may fail or become unstable.

How to Resolve

Please follow these steps:

  1. Connect the device using the proper main power cable, as outlined in the user manual. Get to Know AIO-6
  2. Ensure the device is wired directly to the motorcycle battery or quick-release power module, not just via USB-C.
  3. Once properly powered, reconnect to a network and try the 4G module update again.
Reminder: The USB-C port is designed for debugging purposes only, and does not support high-power operations such as 4G module upgrades.
