CGRC CAN Module Not Lighting Up
If your CGRC CAN module is not lighting up after installation, please try the following steps:
1. Verify Correct Installation:
Ensure that CGRC CAN module is installed in the correct position. If you are unsure, please contact CHIGEE SUPPORT for further assistance.
2. Activate the Module:
The CGRC CAN module is designed to activate upon detecting vibrations. Start your engine and check if the module lights up. Toggle the knob left and right to see if the status light flashes green or blue.
3. Reconnect the Module:
Disconnect and then reconnect the module’s interface to ensure a secure connection.
4.Check for RDC/DWA Module or Hardware Issues:
Try installing the CGRC CAN on another motorcycle's RDC/DWA module. If it lights up on the other motorcycle, then your motorcycle's RDC/DWA module may be faulty. If it still doesn't light up, then the CGRC CAN module itself might be defective.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please take clear photos of the cable connections and the module's placement and send them to Chigee Technical Support for further assistance.
