Chigee Display Activation Failed
If you're unable to activate your Chigee Display, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Network Connection
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
If activation continues to fail, please contact CHIGEE Support and include the following information:
Required Information:
Purchase source and order number
Note: We can only assist customers who purchased from Chigee.com or via Kickstarter.
Device SN code
Country where you're attempting activation
Firmware version (visible in the top-left corner of the activation screen)
Once we receive and verify the above information, we will confirm the issue and assist you further.
Note: Do NOT attempt to bypass the activation process. Doing so may cause the device to become unrecoverable.
⚠️ Important Notes:
If you purchased the device from an authorized distributor, please contact them directly for activation assistance.
If your device was purchased from a Chinese seller (e.g., via a domestic Chinese platform), please contact your seller directly. Unfortunately, the China version is only designed for use within mainland China and cannot be activated elsewhere. We recommend requesting a return or refund from your original seller.
