CHIGEE Display Activation Guide

Quick Steps

  1. Power On
    Turn on your CHIGEE Display. The Activation screen appears.

  2. Connect Now
    Tap Connect Now to start activation.

  3. Join Wi-Fi or Phone Hotspot
    Select a Wi-Fi network (you can use your phone’s hotspot).
    • Enter the password and connect.
    • If your Wi-Fi password contains rare symbols that don’t input correctly, try a simpler password or use a hotspot.

  4. Wait for Activation
    Keep the device connected and don’t power off during this step.

  5. Activation Successful
    You’ll see a success prompt. You’re ready to use the device.

Tips if Activation Fails

  • Network first: Try a different Wi-Fi or your phone hotspot.
  • Signal quality: Move closer to the router; avoid captive portals (airport/hotel Wi-Fi).
  • Retry: Reboot the device and repeat Connect Now.

FAQ

Q: Can I use mobile data (SIM) to activate?
A: Activation requires internet. Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot is the simplest path.

Q: My Wi-Fi password can’t be typed fully.
A: Some special characters may not input on certain keyboards. Change the Wi-Fi password temporarily or use a phone hotspot.
