Settings → About → → Serial Number (SN)


All Ways to Locate the SN

  • AIO-6 / AIO-5 series:
    Open Settings → About and look for Serial Number.

2) In the CHIGEE GO App (LTE / camera models)

  • Open CHIGEE GO → Me → My Device → Serial Number.
  • If multiple devices are paired, confirm you selected the correct unit.

3) On the Physical Labels

  • Retail box: Printed on the outer barcode label.
