Odometer and Trip Reset on CHIGEE Display

The CHIGEE Display provides both cumulative riding data and trip-based metrics. It’s important to know how each works:

Main Screen Odometer (Lifetime Mileage)

The primary odometer displayed on your home screen is designed to be a permanent record. It will not automatically reset.
Instead, it continuously tracks your total riding mileage from the very first time you use the device. This ensures you always have an accurate, complete, and reliable record of the total distance covered since installing your Chigee Display.

How to Manually Reset Trip Data

If you need to clear your manual trip information, the steps vary slightly depending on your specific device model:

  • For the AIO-5 Series: Press and hold (long-press) the "Trip" button on the display.

  • For the AIO-6 Series: Tap the Loop/Refresh icon located directly below the mileage reading on the home page.



Pro Dashboard Metrics (Auto-Resetting Data)

When using the Pro Dashboard, the system tracks metrics specifically for your current, active ride.

  • TIME: Displays the exact duration of your current ride.
  • TRIP: Displays the distance you have traveled during your current ride.

Note: You do not need to manually clear these metrics. Both TIME and TRIP will automatically reset to zero every time you start your engine, ensuring your current ride data is always accurate from the moment you take off.
