Top Up Data in CHIGEE GO App (AIO-6 LTE)
When the data on your CHIGEE-provided SIM card is fully consumed, all 4G-related features (such as live tracking, video preview, and remote access) will stop working.
To continue using these functions, you will need to top up data via the CHIGEE Go app.
How to Recharge
1. Open the CHIGEE Go app.
2. tap the Me icon.
3. Select My Device.
4. Tap the paper and pencil icon in the top-right corner of the device box.
5. Go to Network Services.
5. Select Data Recharge that fits your needs and complete the payment.
- Data top-up fees vary depending on your country and the selected data package.
- Please refer to the in-app instructions for the latest pricing and available plans.
- Once topped up, your 4G services will resume immediately.
⚠️ Note: If you are using a SIM card purchased from your local mobile operator, please contact your operator directly to purchase or renew data services.
