Turn Off the Blinking Red Recording Indicator

If you find the blinking red recording indicator distracting, you can easily disable it in the dashcam settings.

Steps to Disable the Indicator Light

  1. On your Chigee Display, enter the Dashcam interface.
  2. Lightly tap the display to bring up the dashcam menu bar.
  3. Tap the settings icon (located on the far right).
  4. In the Dashcam Settings menu, toggle off the option for Recording Indicator Light.

Once turned off, the red blinking light will no longer appear during recording.
