View CHIGEE Dashcam Footage (Three Methods)

You can access and review your Chigee dashcam recordings in three different ways:

1. Dedicated Mobile App – Chigee Go App

  • Connect your phone to the CHIGEE Display’s Wi-Fi.
  • Open the Chigee Go App to view and download dashcam videos.
    • ⚠️ Please note: You must be within 8–10 meters to receive the Wi-Fi signal from the CHIGEE Display. This method allows you to download footage directly to your phone for storage or sharing.

2. On the CHIGEE Display Unit

  • You can replay dashcam footage directly on the CHIGEE Display screen.
    • ⚠️ Note: The USB port on the display unit does not support transferring video footage to a computer.

  • Remove the SD card from the CHIGEE Display and insert it into your computer using an SD card reader/adapter.
  • Video files are saved in MP4 format, compatible with most media players.
    • ⚠️ Note: This is the fastest method for transferring large or multiple video files.
    • If you experience issues opening files, we recommend using PotPlayer (free download) for smooth playback.

👉 Summary:

  • For quick viewing and downloads → use the Chigee Go App.
  • For direct replay → use the Chigee Display unit.
  • For bulk transfer and fastest access → use an SD card reader on your computer.
