AIO-5 Play for BMW Freezing on CHIGEE Logo Screen
We have noticed that some users are experiencing issues where the device fails to start up, such as the device becoming unresponsive and freezing on the logo screen. This typically occurs due to the motorcycle's ignition being turned off for more than a minute during the update, which cuts off power to the base and device.
We recommend using an SD card to upgrade to the latest firmware to try to resolve the issue. To obtain the latest firmware package, please click:

- Keep your motorcycle running throughout the firmware update process.
- Use a USB power source for the entire update process. (Note: A USB-A to USB-C cable is required.)
- Use long formatting (full formatting) to format the SD card, not quick formatting.
