Huawei phones can connect with CHIGEE Display, but compatibility depends on the phone’s software and regional version.

International Huawei Phones

  • International versions of Huawei phones do not support Android Auto.
  • Since Huawei’s global devices no longer include Google services, Android Auto generally cannot be used.

Chinese Mainland Huawei Phones

  • Phones sold in mainland China come with Huawei HiCar instead of Android Auto.
  • HiCar is supported on most recent Mate, Pura/P series, nova, and Pocket devices running EMUI 10+ or HarmonyOS 2+.
