Chigee GO App Account Binding: One Device, One Account

One Account → One Device Login

A CHIGEE GO app account can only be logged in on one mobile device at a time.
If you log in on a second phone or tablet, the first device will be logged out automatically.

One Device → One Account Binding

Each Chigee Display can only be linked to one CHIGEE GO app account at a time.
If you plan to lend your device or sell it secondhand, you must unbind it first.

How to Unbind the Device

  1. Open the Chigee GO app.
  2. Tap “My” in the bottom right corner.
  3. Go to “My Devices”.
  4. Tap the edit icon and choose to delete the device.

WarningImportant: Deleting the device will permanently erase all your historical data.

Once the device is unbound, a new user can link it to their own Chigee GO account.
This security feature is designed to prevent unauthorized use of your device in the event it is lost, stolen, or unintentionally left behind.


Notes
Please note that if the device is not bound to your app, you won’t be able to use any app-related features — such as accessing dashcam footage or enabling 4G Live.
However, functions like CarPlay or Android Auto will still work independently of the app.
