Refund Amount
In most cases, once your return is approved, we provide a full refund of the product price and typically do not charge a restocking fee.
However, if the returned item is inspected and found to have undisclosed issues (e.g., impact marks, scratches, visible signs of use, missing packaging/accessories), the refund amount may be adjusted based on the actual condition.
Refund Process & Timeline
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund typically within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, and may take 4–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Exclusions
Products with faults or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation/operation may not be eligible for return.
