We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations due to personal preferences. For orders purchased directly from CHIGEE.com, please refer to the warranty terms outlined on this page for warranty coverage.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Personal-Preference Returns

To qualify, the product must be brand-new and suitable for resale: unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. As part of the request, photo evidence is required to confirm condition before we can approve a return.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team to initiate a return request and provide your order details. You can reach us at help@chigeego.com or Submit a ticket. Do not return items to the original shipping address—we will provide instructions after approval.
Tip: To ensure enough time for review and routing, please contact us as early as possible (the return-policy page references initiating contact within 30 days).

Return Address by Region

Return addresses are provided only after your return request is approved:
  • EU orders: return to our Germany warehouse
  • US orders: return to our US warehouse
  • UK orders: return to our UK warehouse
  • Other countries/regions: we will provide an appropriate return address case by case

Return Shipping Cost

  1. Personal preference / change-of-mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  2. Product quality issue: CHIGEE will cover return shipping and provide a full refund.

After you ship the return, please send us the tracking number so we can follow the parcel and process your refund faster.

Refund Amount

In most cases, once your return is approved, we provide a full refund of the product price and typically do not charge a restocking fee.
However, if the returned item is inspected and found to have undisclosed issues (e.g., impact marks, scratches, visible signs of use, missing packaging/accessories), the refund amount may be adjusted based on the actual condition.

Refund Process & Timeline

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund typically within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, and may take 4–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exclusions

Products with faults or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation/operation may not be eligible for return.

Refused Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned after shipment due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
  1. Refusal to pay customs duties
  2. Incorrect address preventing delivery
Customers will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs when canceling the order. CHIGEE will deduct these necessary fees from the refund amount.
