SIM Card Too Large for the Slot: Remove the Outer Plastic Frame
If your SIM card is too large to fit into the device's SIM card slot, please note that our device only requires the core chip portion of the SIM card to be inserted. Here's what you need to do:
1. Carefully remove the outer plastic frame from your SIM card. This frame is the larger, non-functional part surrounding the metal chip—take care not to damage the delicate metal contacts during this process.
2. Insert only the bare metal chip portion into the SIM card slot.
3. Ensure the chip is properly seated with the metal contacts facing downward (toward the device’s internal components) to establish a secure connection.
Note: No tools are needed to remove the outer plastic frame. You can simply do this with a slight amount of force.
