Switch Cursor Control Between App List and Taskbar in Android Auto with Wonderwheel

With the latest firmware update, your CHIGEE Display now allows you to switch cursor focus between the bottom taskbar and the application list using the wonderwheel. Previously, cursor movement was limited to app navigation only.
This update removes that restriction, giving you better control over Android Auto’s entire interface.

How to Enable Vertical Rolling Control

To activate this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Remote Control on your CHIGEE Display.
  2. Enable the option for Vertical Rolling Control.

Control Instructions

Once enabled, you can use the following wonderwheel operations while in Android Auto:

  • Long press the Direction Reset button
→ Moves the cursor down to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

  • Short press the Direction Reset button
→ Moves the cursor up to the application list.

This allows seamless navigation between apps and core functions without taking your hands off the controls.

Important Notes

  • Make sure your CHIGEE Display is updated to the latest firmware version.
