Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
If you’re wondering why your package’s tracking information hasn’t been updated, here’s what you need to know:
General Waiting Period
Typically, courier companies may take 2-3 days to update logistics information after you receive the tracking number and carrier details. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. If there is still no update after 5 days, please send an email to
help@chigeego.com, and our team will assist you in contacting the courier company to investigate the situation.
Special Note for EU/U.S. Shipments
Shipments to the EU and U.S. may experience delayed tracking updates due to customs clearance procedures and special handling.
To help you save on high import duties, we use a tax-inclusive shipping method, where CHIGEE covers the customs fees on your behalf. However, this method may result in slower tracking updates, especially before the package reaches your country.
Additionally, for some tracking numbers, you may not see any updates on official sites like FedEx, UPS, or DPD right away — this is normal. Once the shipment arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the final carrier, tracking will become available.
