Unable to Register on the Chigee Go App: Registration Only Available via Email, Not Phone Number

If you're experiencing issues registering an account in the Chigee Go App, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall the Chigee Go App from your phone.
  • Re-download and install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Then, try registering again.

Step 2: Use Email Registration (Non-Mainland China Users)

For users outside mainland China, registration is only supported via email address.
If you’re being asked to register using a mobile phone number, your device may be set to the wrong region.
Alert
"Android Download" is only available to customers in mainland China. If you are not using the service in mainland China, please do not click to download via "Android Download".

Step 3: Check Your Phone’s Region Settings

To fix this:

  1. Go to your phone’s Settings
  2. Find Language & Region
  3. Set your Region/Country to your actual location (e.g., Taiwan, United States, Germany, Australia)

Once updated, reopen the app and you should see the email registration option.
