Why does TPMS data change significantly after a period of rest and then riding?

When the motorcycle is stationary, the tire pressure data reflects the last state from the previous ride, with relatively high temperature and pressure. However, after a period of rest, when riding begins again, the pressure and temperature haven't yet risen, resulting in significant data changes.
