The specifications for the front and rear cameras are identical, and they can be interchanged in their respective connectors. If one camera is not functioning, and you have correctly connected the cables as instructed, please follow these steps to identify the issue:
1、Insert the working camera into the connector where the non-working camera was originally placed.
For example, if the front camera (F) is working, and the rear camera (B) is not, insert the front camera (F) into the original connector of the rear camera (B).
2、Check how the replaced camera works in this new configuration.
For example, Check if the front camera (F) works in this new configuration.
- If the originally working front camera (F) becomes non-functional after the connector swap, there may be an issue with the main unit, and it needs to be replaced.
- If the front camera (F) continues to work even after the connector swap, there may be a defect with the camera itself, and it needs to be replaced.
If upon inspection you find that the installation and camera are both fine, it is likely that there is an issue with components such as the fuse or battery of your bike. We recommend conducting a thorough inspection of your bike.
