I have a BMW R1200RT (2016)

I also have a Keis heated jacket with a Bluetooth control which I operate from my iPhone. I have tried  to add the app to the Chigee, using the iPhone settings CarPlay screen ( I have successfully added other apps) but it does not appear on the list.

 It would be safer if I could operate it using the WonderWheel, which would mean i didn't have to move my hand from the handle bar to try and wake the iphone to activate the the app (also have key in the password!)
