Check bubbles under the protective film on your AIO-6

Identify removable shipping film and check whether bubbles remain before treating the issue as a screen fault.

A bubble or lifting corner on a new AIO-6 may be in the removable shipping film. Check the surface before trying to peel anything; a bubble that remains under the glass needs further assessment.

Check and remove shipping film

  1. Power off the display.

  2. Look for a clearly separate film edge or pull tab. Do not pry under the glass.

  3. If you can identify the removable transparent shipping film, peel it slowly from the surface. Some units also have a removable black protective film.

  4. Wipe the surface with a clean microfiber cloth and check again in good light.

The video demonstrates removal of the shipping film. Only remove a film that lifts cleanly from the surface; never use a blade or metal tool.

If the bubble remains

Do not press out a bubble under the glass or continue lifting a layer you cannot identify. If you still see bubbles, lines or signs of liquid after the removable film is gone, contact us with your order number, photos of the full screen and affected area, and the checks you completed.
