Use gloves designed for capacitive touchscreens, with conductive material at the fingertips. A rubber or synthetic-leather glove is not necessarily touchscreen-compatible.
If touch does not respond
Park safely and check the screen with a clean, dry bare finger.
If a bare finger works, check that the glove’s conductive area touches the screen and fits your fingertip.
Try another touchscreen-compatible glove if contact remains unreliable.
If the screen also fails with a bare finger, check that screen lock is off and contact us with your model and a short video.
A glove working on a phone does not guarantee the same response on every display. Avoid pressing harder or adjusting settings while riding.
