If your SIM card is too large to fit into the device's SIM card slot, please note that the device requires an intact nano-SIM card. Here's what you need to do:
Carefully detach the nano-SIM from any larger outer adapter frames. Keep the nano-SIM card intact. Do not dismantle the card or separate its metal contacts.
Insert the intact nano-SIM card into the SIM card slot.
Ensure the nano-SIM card is properly seated with the metal contacts facing downward (toward the device’s internal components) to establish a secure connection.
Note: No tools are needed to detach the nano-SIM from a removable outer adapter frame. Gently release the card without bending or damaging it.
