Important: If a camera cable or connector becomes unusually hot, smells burnt, melts or smokes, stop using the affected system and contact us. Do not swap connections or power it on again to reproduce the fault or make a video.
If your AIO-6 Camera displays “Not Connected” even after wiring is complete:
Tighten the Type-C harness screws
On the side of the Quick-Release Module unit, locate the Type-C wiring harness.
Ensure the screws are fully tightened.
Based on our experience, a loose Type-C harness screw is the most common reason for this issue.
Test without the Quick-Release Module cable
If both screws are properly seated and tightened, power off the AIO-6 before changing the cable connection:
Disconnect the Quick-Release Module’s quick-release cable.
Replace it with the fixed cable included with your device.
Power on the AIO-6 and check whether the camera is detected.
If the camera works with the fixed cable but not through the Quick-Release Module, the problem may be in the quick-release connection path. This result does not identify a specific faulty part. Contact us with the connection setup and test result.
