Do not use threadlocker or screw glue on the CGRC Pro remote. These products can make its plastic parts brittle and cause damage.
Warranty coverage
Damage caused by threadlocker is treated as user-caused damage and is not covered by warranty. This applies to damage caused by the glue, not automatically to every unrelated issue with the remote.
What to do if you have applied threadlocker
If you have already applied threadlocker and notice cracks or a loose mount, stop using the affected setup and contact us with photos and the product you applied.
