You can use discount codes, gift cards and CHIGEE store credit when you check out on chigee.com. The table below compares them.

Discount codes
You can apply one discount code per order, in the cart or at checkout.
How to apply a discount code
Add items to your cart.
Enter the code in the discount field on the cart page, or in the Discount code or gift card field at checkout.
Click Apply. Your new total appears before you pay.
Discount code rules
One discount code per order.
Can’t be combined with other discount codes or promotions, unless the offer says otherwise.
Codes aren’t case-sensitive.
Each code is valid until its stated expiry date. Some codes have conditions, such as a minimum order value or eligible products.
Codes must be applied before you place your order. They can’t be added afterwards.
If a code doesn't work, check that it hasn't expired, that your cart meets the code's conditions, and that no other promotion is already applied.
Accessory discount for CHIGEE owners
If you bought a CHIGEE device on chigee.com, Kickstarter or Indiegogo, you get 15% off optional accessories with the code WELCOME15. Place your order with the same email address you used for your device purchase, and checkout recognizes that you're eligible. Devices bought from a dealer or other reseller don't qualify.
Gift cards
You can apply gift cards at checkout, together with a discount code.
How to apply a gift card
Go to checkout. Gift cards can’t be applied in the cart pop-up window.
Enter your gift card code in the Discount code or gift card field and click Apply.
If the gift card covers the full total, complete your order. If it doesn’t, choose another payment method or add another gift card to pay the rest.

You can use more than one gift card on an order.
Covers the full order total, including shipping and taxes.
Any unused balance stays on the card for future orders.
Codes aren’t case-sensitive.
Gift cards can’t be used to buy other gift cards.
Gift cards never expire and have no fees.
To check your balance, open the link in your gift card email.
Store credit
Store credit is added directly to your chigee.com customer account, so there’s no code to enter. To check your balance, log in to your account on chigee.com. Your available store credit is shown in the top-right corner.
How to apply store credit
Log in to your chigee.com account with the email address your store credit was issued to. You can also check out with Shop Pay using that same email.
At checkout, select Apply store credit in the Payment section.
If anything is left to pay, use another payment method for the rest.
Store credit rules
Valid only on chigee.com. It can’t be used with CHIGEE dealers or other retailers.
Can be used together with discount codes and gift cards.
Your full available balance is applied automatically, up to the order total. You can’t choose to use only part of it. Any leftover balance stays in your account.
Only store credit in the same currency as your checkout is shown.
Can’t be used to pay for changes to an order that has already been placed. If our team sends you a payment link for an order, log in at checkout to apply your store credit.
Store credit doesn’t expire unless an expiry date was given when it was issued. If you have more than one credit, the one that expires first is used first.
If you don't see your store credit at checkout, make sure you're logged in with the right email and that your checkout currency matches the currency of your credit. If it's still missing, contact us.
