4G Service Renewal for Users in Russia & Belarus (AIO-6 LTE)

All AIO-6 LTE users are provided with a complimentary 180-day free trial of 4G service. Once this period expires, a subscription fee of $50 USD per year is required to maintain 4G connectivity. If the subscription is not renewed, 4G data services will be suspended.

Payment Restrictions

Due to current banking limitations, the payment provider integrated into the Chigee Go App cannot process credit cards issued in Russia or Belarus. Consequently, you cannot renew your subscription directly through the app using these cards.

How to Renew Your Service

If you are located in Russia or Belarus, please use one of the following methods to renew your subscription:

Method 1: Third-Party Payment (Recommended)
You may ask a friend or relative who possesses a valid international credit card (issued outside of Russia/Belarus) to log in to your Chigee Go App account and complete the recharge payment on your behalf.

Method 2: Manual Renewal via Support
If Method 1 is not an option, please contact our support team for a manual renewal.
  1. Send an email to help@chigeego.com.
  2. Include your device SN (Serial Number) and your original Order Number.
  3. We will generate a custom payment link for $50 USD via chigee.com
Once you complete the payment on the website, our team will manually extend your 4G service for one year on the server.
