AIO-5 Play Does Not Powering On

The AIO-5 Play can be powered in two ways: 1. Via a USB power bank. 2. Directly from your motorcycle's battery. check more at here. 
Please confirm if the device fails to power on using both methods:

1. Motorcycle Battery Not Powering Device:

If the AIO-5 Play won't power on when connected to your motorcycle's battery, but works normally when powered by a USB cable and power bank, the issue may be improper cable connections. Double check that all cables (especially the ACC wire) are properly connected following the installation instructions. Here are the key points about the ACC cableļ¼š

2. USB Power Not Powering Device:

If the AIO-5 Play won't power on when connected to a USB power source, but powers on from the motorcycle battery, use a circuit tester to verify the USB cable is providing power. If not, replace the cable. If it is providing power, the main unit itself may need replacement.

3. Neither Power Method Works:

If the device fails to power on from either the motorcycle battery or a USB power source, please provide more details on the specific issue you're encountering.
After checking the cables and connections, if the device still won't power on, record a video showing the cable setup and take some photos describing the problem. This will help us better understand the issue to provide additional troubleshooting assistance.
