Tilt Angle Sensor (AIO-6): Calibration & Use

Tilt Angle Sensor (AIO-6): Calibration & Use

The tilt angle sensor is available only on the AIO-6 series. Other CHIGEE models do not include this feature.

How to Use

You need to complete the tilt angle calibration before the tilt data can be displayed on the dashboard interface.
To calibrate, go to Settings  > Features > Tilt Angle Calibration, and tap “Start”. Once the calibration is complete, the tilt angle data should appear correctly.

Alert
Note on BMW Instrument Cluster Mode:
AIO-6 Display supports displaying speed and tilt angle information directly on BMW-specific dashboard interface — but only when the device is installed via the BMW Navigation Cradle. You can choose whether the data comes from the BMW motorcycle itself or from the CHIGEE Display.
To configure how speed and tilt angle are displayed:
  1. On your CHIGEE Display, go to:
  2. Settings > Features > More
  3. Enable: BMW Dashboard Shows Tilt Angle Data – allows the CHIGEE Display’s tilt data to be shown on the dashboard if the bike lacks a built-in tilt sensor.
