Black screen after failed update - AIO-5 Lite & AIO-6 Max/LTE
If the firmware update fails or the device does not boot up, please follow these steps(available for AIO-5 Lite & AIO-6 Max/LTE):
1. Change the file system of an SD card to FAT32
For Windows PC:
For Mac:
Open Disk Utility, then click your SD card > Erase > Format > MS-DOS (FAT) > Erase
Use long formatting (full formatting) to format the SD card, not quick formatting.
2. Download the file
3. Copy to SD card
Copy the files shown in the image to the root directory of the SD card.
Ensure the file names are identical.
For AIO-5 Lite:
For AIO-6 Max/LTE:
4. Insert the SD card
With the power off, insert the SD card into the device, then turn the engine on. The screen will remain black for over 2-3 minutes. Afterward, the device will automatically reboot and start up.
After the update, please format the micro-SD card on this device. Failure to do so will require performing the firmware update again each time you power on the device.
★We recommend upgrading your firmware to the latest version using OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. Please refer to the provided link for instructions.
