Built-in GPS Not Working on AIO-5 Play
If the built-in GPS is not working on AIO-5 Play, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you are in an outdoor environment, as GPS signals can only be received outdoors.
2. Try switching the power source: If you've been using the motorcycle battery, disconnect it and power the device via a USB power bank instead. Or if you had it connected to USB power, unplug that and connect the motorcycle battery power cables.
If the GPS still does not function properly, please take photos of the AIO-5 Play installation location and the GPS page details in an outdoor setting, and contact CHIGEE Support for further assistance.
