AIO-5 Lite Does Not Powering On

If your AIO-5 Lite is not powering on, please try powering the AIO-5 Lite through the USB Type-C port, located at the bottom of the device next to the SD card slot.

Scenario 1: AIO-5 Lite Does Not Power On via USB

1. Check Your USB Port and Power Source:

  1. Ensure you are using a USB-A to USB-C cable (not USB-C to USB-C).
  2. Confirm the power source provides a voltage greater than 5V and a rated current of at least 2A.
  3. If possible, test with a computer or a power bank as the power source.

2. Connect via ACC wiring as Per Installation Instructions

Notes
Note:  
1. If the above steps fail, it may indicate a issue with the AIO-5 Lite main unit.
2. If your USB port doesn't meet the power requirements, the issue may not be due to product quality, and replacing the main unit may not resolve it.


Scenario 2: AIO-5 Lite Powers On via USB but Not Through the motorcycle Battery

1. Inspect the Power Cable Connection:

Verify that the power cable is correctly installed as per the provided installation instructions.

2. Troubleshooting Steps:

Use a voltage tester /multimeter/test pen to check whether the three power cable is powered normally：


（1）If the power cable has no output: Replace the power cable.
（2）If the power cable works but the screen remains black: This indicates a  fault with the main unit, and the unit needs to be replaced.
（3）If the power cable works but the device stays on the CHIGEE logo screen and doesn’t boot to the main screen:
  1. Remove the SD card and attempt to power on without it.
  2. If the issue persists, please follow the steps in the following article-- Black Screen After Firmware Update
If the above steps doesn’t resolve the issue, the main unit may need to be replaced.
