AIO-5 Lite Does Not Powering On
We recommend trying to power the AIO-5 unit via the USB Type-C port (located at the bottom of the device, next to the SD card slot) to see if it can start normally.
1. Please ensure that you use a power supply with a voltage greater than 5V and a rated current of at least 2A to effectively power the device.
2. AIO-5 lite does not support dual C port power supply.
If the device starts normally when powered via USB, it may be that the cables are not connected according to specifications. Please check and ensure that you have connected the required cables as per the installation instructions.
If you still cannot start the device after checking, please take a video and some pictures to demonstrate how the cables are connected and describe the issue you are experiencing. This will help us better understand and assist you.
