Device Unable to Update to Latest Firmware Version

When performing an OTA upgrade, if your device downloads the firmware update but does not actually update to the latest version, and remains on the old version after the update is supposedly complete with no error message displayed, this issue may be caused by the storage card.

We recommend trying to format the storage card or using a different U3 storage card (which needs to be formatted) before attempting the firmware upgrade again. Properly formatting or replacing the storage card should resolve the issue and allow your device to successfully update to the latest firmware version.
