Locate DWA and RDC Connector

Locate DWA and RDC Connector

During setup, all you need to do is plug the CGRC CAN into one of two module interfaces: either the 4-pin port for the RDC module, which handles tire pressure monitoring, or the 8-pin port for the DWA module, which is the bike's anti-theft alarm system.

Locate the DWA-connector(8-pin)

Use the code (A63*1B) in BMW's diagnostic program ISTA to find its exact position, or Consult your official BMW dealer for assistance.

For 2022 K1600, installing the CGRC-CAN may cause control integration conflicts with the BMW TFT display. We recommend not purchasing the CGRC-CAN for these model years and instead choose our Wireless Remote Control option.
As for the R 1300 GS and 2023 1250RT, Please choose CGRC-LIN.
