CHIGEE reserves the right to adjust product prices displayed in our official store based on market conditions, promotions, and regional pricing strategies.
Because we sell in multiple regions, pricing may vary by country/region and currency due to taxes, duties, logistics, and local channel policies. Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only within the same regional pricing scope (same region and currency). Cross-region price differences are not covered by this guarantee.
We also reserve the right to correct any unintentional pricing errors, which may require us to revoke offers. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you promptly. You can choose to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price or cancel the order without any additional charges.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies to products purchased from Chigee.com or from authorized retailers and sellers within the same region.

The guarantee only applies to price differences within the same region and currency (for example, within the same country/market pricing).
- Offers or prices from other regions, different regional websites, grey imports, or unofficial channels are excluded.
- Time Frame: The price drop must occur within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Product Match: The guarantee applies only to the same product (identical model, specifications, and condition).
Refund Amount: Refund = the base price at the time of purchase - the current price displayed.
- Base price = selling price at the time of purchase - any applied digital coupons.
How to Apply for a Price Difference Refund:
- Gather Documentation: Prepare your CHIGEE order number, proof of the price drop (e.g., a screenshot and a link to the product page showing the reduced price)
- Contact Us: Email our support team at help@chigeego.com with your order number, proof of the price drop, and a brief explanation of your request.
- Verification: Our team will verify the price drop, your purchase details, and the retailer’s authorization status.
- Refund Process: Once verified, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process.
