  • Product Match: The guarantee applies only to the same product (identical model, specifications, and condition).
  • Refund Amount: Refund = the base price at the time of purchase - the current price displayed.
    • Base price = selling price at the time of purchase - any applied digital coupons.

How to Apply for a Price Difference Refund:

  1. Gather Documentation: Prepare your CHIGEE order number, proof of the price drop (e.g., a screenshot and a link to the product page showing the reduced price)
  2. Contact Us: Email our support team at help@chigeego.com with your order number, proof of the price drop, and a brief explanation of your request.
  3. Verification: Our team will verify the price drop, your purchase details, and the retailer’s authorization status.
  4. Refund Process: Once verified, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process.
