- Check Audio Output: When answering a call, confirm that the audio output is set to your Bluetooth headset and not accidentally switched to "Phone" or "Speaker."
- Check Bluetooth Connections: Ensure your Bluetooth headset is not connected to other devices (such as a car’s infotainment system or other Bluetooth devices).

BMW TFT Owners: If you own a BMW with TFT, check if your phone is connected to the TFT system. If it is, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and disable the phone call option on the BMW TFT.
