AIO-6 LTE Not Receiving Anti-Theft Alerts on the CHIGEE App

AIO-6 LTE Not Receiving Anti-Theft Alerts on the CHIGEE App

If you're not receiving anti-theft alerts via the CHIGEE GO App, don't worry — here are a few simple steps to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Idea
Trigger logic: Alerts are fired by the display’s built-in G-sensor. You must tap/nudge the display itself—shaking the bike may not trigger if the display doesn’t feel it.

Step 1: Confirm Your Device Model & Network Status

Anti-theft alerts are only supported on the AIO-6 LTE model, with the following conditions:

  • Your device must be an AIO-6 LTE (not AIO-5 or AIO-6 Max)
  • A compatible camera must be installed
  • A valid SIM card must be inserted into the AIO-6 LTE
  • Your SIM must have active 4G data available
  • The device must show 4G signal in the top-right corner of the screen
Notes
Compared to the AIO-5 Lite, which requires you to view anti-theft alerts directly on the device, the AIO-6 LTE allows you to receive real-time notifications remotely on your smartphone.

Step 2: Check Low Voltage Protection Settings

A common cause of missing anti-theft alerts is incorrect low-voltage protection configuration, which may disable related functions automatically. Here’s how to adjust it:
  1. Open the CHIGEE GO App and navigate to the Home Page.
  2. Scroll down and select "Feature Settings".
  3. Find the "Low Voltage Protection" option.
  4. Set the alarm threshold (default recommendation: 11.8V; adjust based on your needs).

Key Principle: How Low Voltage Protection Affects  Feature
The low-voltage protection feature protects your motorcycle’s battery from over-drain. When the battery voltage drops below the set alarm threshold, the AIO-6 LTE will automatically disable parking monitoring, Camera remote monitoring, and anti-theft alarm functions. This ensures the battery retains enough power to start your motorcycle, but may prevent alert notifications.

Step 3: Enable CHIGEE GO App Notifications

On CHIGEE GO App, Navigate to: Home > Feature Settings > Vibration Alert, and turn it on.

For the app to push alerts in real-time, make sure:

  1. The CHIGEE GO App is always allowed to run in the background.
  2. Your phone is not set to restrict background activity or kill background apps (some Android systems may do this by default).
  3. CHIGEE GO App Push notifications must be enabled in system settings.
🚫 If these are disabled, notifications will be blocked entirely.

Step 4: Ensure Your Motorcycle’s ACC is On

The anti-theft detection system requires proper ACC (accessory power) wiring to function when the motorcycle is off.

  • Check that the ACC wire is connected according to the AIO-6 LTE installation manual
  • The ACC signal allows the system to remain in low-power standby mode and wake up upon vibration

Step 5: Check Parking Monitoring Settings

On your AIO-6 LTE:

  • Go to Device Recorder > Settings > Parking Monitor
  • Make sure Parking Monitor is enabled
  • Set Sensor Sensitivity to High for better detection

This feature must be turned on to detect motion and send anti-theft alerts when the motorcycle is parked.

Perform a Proper Test

To accurately simulate real-world conditions:
  1. Turn off your motorcycle’s ignition — this forces the AIO-6 LTE into sleep mode
  2. Wait 10–15 seconds until the screen turns off completely
  3. Shake or move the bike/display
  4. The system will:
    1. Wake from standby (approx. 12 seconds)
    2. Begin a 60-second dual-camera recording
    3. Send an app notification (Please Enable CHIGEE GO App Notifications)
