• Codes expire on the specified date

CHIGEE Store Credit

Once you receive store credit from CHIGEE, you'll need to log in to your customer account. The store credit value will appear in the store credit section at checkout. You can then choose to apply it as a payment method.

• Only valid on Chigee.com

• Can be used together with discount codes & Gift Cards

• Can't pay using store credit on the Shop app

• Can't be used as a payment method on draft orders and edited orders

• Only the full store credit amount can be applied as a payment method. You can't select a partial amount of their store credit to pay for an order.

Gift Cards

• To use a gift card, enter the code on the checkout page(Cannot be applied to shopping cart pop-up window)

• Can be used together with discount codes

• Multiple gift cards can be applied to one order

• Check your remaining balance anytime

• Gift cards never expire or have fees
